Every piece leaves our workshop professionally packed for international transit. We use double-boxing, anti-shock padding, anti-humidity pouches for paper items, and rigid protection for fragile pieces. Higher-value items ship in custom-built protective packaging.

Yes. All international shipments are sent through tracked, fully insured courier services. The insurance value matches the declared item value, so you are covered for the full amount in the rare case of loss or damage in transit.

For shipments inside the European Union, no — your order ships VAT-included and there are no additional duties. For shipments outside the EU (UK, US, Switzerland, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and the value of the item.
